Volume
Each muscle’s effective sets this week against its minimum and maximum range. The ranges are yours to edit.
Log your workouts offline, see which muscles get volume, and earn a strength rank, from Bronze to Legend, for each one.
Logging workouts is free and never sits behind Pro.
Every muscle has its own rank, with three steps (I, II and III) per metal: 15 in all. The metal sets the trophy’s colour and trimmings; the step sets its handles.
Weight, reps, RIR and set type. The app preloads what you did last time for each exercise, and the rest timer starts by itself.
Your rank comes from what you lift in each exercise, against your bodyweight and sex. You move up a step when your estimated 1RM crosses the next threshold, and you keep it if you gain weight.
It is a comparison with people who compete in powerlifting, not with the general population, and it does not adjust for age.
How the ranks work →Weekly volume, symmetry and estimated fatigue, on one map you can tap muscle by muscle.

Push versus pull, front versus back, upper versus lower body. A proportion guide against your own targets.
An estimate of how loaded each muscle is from your latest sets, and how long until it drops below medium fatigue. With Pro.
Fatigue and symmetry are heuristic estimates. They do not measure your recovery and do not diagnose anything.
Your streak counts consecutive weeks where you hit the training days you chose. Resting never breaks it. Below it, your history by week: each workout with the muscles it worked in gold, its numbers and its first exercises.
Tell it your days, equipment and priorities and it builds routines from clear rules, not AI. It explains every decision.
It suggests adding weight when all your effective sets reach the top of the rep range. A suggestion, never a demand.
Alerts on your phone for your training days, with the routine that is next. Android may delay them by up to an hour.

Logging workouts is never locked. Pro adds analysis layers that do more of the work for you.
Everything in Free, plus:
Prices are set by Google Play once the app is published. Routines you already have keep working if you leave Pro.
Fatigue and symmetry are heuristics, and the app says so. Every suggested number comes with its reason and its sources, and we separate what is evidence from what is our own judgement. We never promise a diagnosis or “measured recovery”.
Read how the ranks are calculated →What each rank measures, where the thresholds come from, and what is evidence versus our own judgement. Limits included.
Read →No. The app works in full without an account and without a connection. The account is optional: it gives you a cloud copy and the social features.
Logging workouts is free and never sits behind Pro. Pro adds the fatigue layer, detailed symmetry and unlimited routines. Prices will be set by Google Play.
It is on its way to Google Play and is Android only. There is no iPhone version and no date for one.
No. Fatigue and symmetry are heuristic estimates: they do not measure your recovery and do not replace a professional.
From Gold to Legend, with percentiles of competition powerlifters of your sex and bodyweight. Bronze and Silver are our own criterion, for beginners. They do not adjust for age: past 35 they are demanding.
Logging is free, with no account and no connection needed. HyperTrophy Rank is on its way to Google Play, Android only for now.
